  • hautechocolateIf the cold weather is depressing you as much as it is me, stop by the Four Seasons Lounge (120 E. Delaware Pl.) this winter, for the kind of warm-up befitting Bill Gates or Warren Buffet. This is hot chocolate service a world away from the watered-down Swiss Miss stuff I drank as a kid, after ice skating in the Minnesota tundra. It’s presented with homemade chocolate marshmallows on a silver tray, served and churned tableside out of a traditional French hot chocolate pot, allowing guests to enjoy the cocoa at its richest and thickest. The cocoa is poured over a large cup topped with a chocolate lattice, melting the chocolate treat into the cup. Cream is served on the side. Haute Chocolate, available through the winter season in Seasons Lounge, is $15
