A five-course meal that threads black truffles throughout is enough to make any gourmet drool. But what happens when the meal is paired with fine wines, and is set atop a 16th floor terrace with a view of the Chicago skyline? It’s bound to be sheer bliss, but your wallet will‚ take a beating.‚  If you’ve got the cash (and the appetite) for five courses of summer truffles, look no further than The Trump Tower, located at 401 North Wabash. This summer, the Tower’s restaurant‚ Sixteen, is sparing no expense on its exclusive “Truffles on the Terrace” menu. Designed by Executive Chef Frank Brunacci, the menu features decadent truffle-themed dishes such as truffle-stuffed squab with cherry-infused Israeli couscous and Australian rock lobster with corn and truffle vinaigrette.

If you can afford the splurge (rates start at $200 per person plus a steep minimum table reservation charge), be sure to make a reservation at least ten days in advance at 312-588-8030.
