300 N. LaSalle

Located on the north bank of the Chicago River, the building (slated for completion in 2009) features a half-acre sunlit waterfront public garden with direct access to the river's edge. The design has achieved LEED Gold pre-certification due to a variety of factors, including its use of river water in cooling the building.

Recorded Tuesday, December 09, 2008 at Chicago Architecture Foundation.
