As part of Northwestern University’s sixth Annual Spring Writers’ Festival, three authors, D.A. Powell, John Jeremiah Sullivan, and Chris Adrian, will discuss their craft and writing processes. The discussion will be led by Eula Biss, author of The Balloonists (Hanging Loose 2002) and Notes from No Man’s Land: American Essays (Graywolf 2009).

D.A. Powell is the author of a trilogy of books, including Tea (Wesleyan, 1998); Lunch (2000); and Cocktails (Graywolf, 2004).

Chris Adrian is the author of Gob’s Grief, The Children’s Hospital, and The Great Night.

John Jeremiah Sullivan is the author of Blood Horses: Notes of a Sportswriter’s Son, published in 2004 and Pulphead: Essays (2011).
