Afghanistan is virtually unique in the world for its long history of preventing the construction of a railway system. However, that seems to be changing. The war-torn country recently completed its first major railroad project. Several more are in the works. Jared Nolan of War News Radio explores Afghanistan’s belated embrace of rail transportation.
