Aldermen Question Inspector General About Cubs Tickets; Little On Budget

Aldermen were supposed to discuss the budget of the Office of the Inspector General, but instead, they questioned Inspector General Joseph Ferguson about the Board of Ethics ruling which says aldermen cannot buy face value tickets for the World Series from the Cubs. WBEZ's Susie An reports.
