Across the country, many colleges are turning to adjunct faculty to supplement their existing tenured staff. As their numbers increase, many are pushing for these educators to form unions. To explain these efforts, Eight Forty-Eight spoke to Audrey Williams June, a reporter for the Chronicle of Higher Education.
