Most Chicago Publics School students headed back to the grind today-those on year round schedules were back to class last month. They’ll all have plenty of subjects to learn and hopefully art is part of the curriculum. That’s an important lesson according to organizers of Unfinished Business. The new exhibition at the Jane Addams Hull-House Museum explores the history of arts education in Chicago.  Their teachable moment? That citizens have cultural rights, as much as political and economic ones.
