Axelrod: Obama Address Likely To Focus On Reflections, Lessons Learned

David Axelrod, who managed Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns, said he expects the president to focus on lessons learned and reflections on the nation’s future in his Chicago address Tuesday evening. Axelrod, who now runs the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics, spoke at the City Club of Chicago on Monday. In his speech, he voiced concern for democratic institutions like the press in the coming years.
