Bette Cerf Hill is receiving the Public Humanities Council award from the Illinois Humanities Council. Cerf Hill is the founder of the Printers Row Literary Festival. Hill has also served on the Illinois Arts Council and the Landmark Preservation Council of Illinois. Steve Edwards talks with Cerf Hill about the growth of the literary festival and her involvement in the arts community in Chicago.
