Campbell McGrath

MacArthur Fellow and winner of the Kingsley Tufts Poetry Award, Campbell McGrath delivers this year’s keynote reading for Poetry Fest 2013. In eight formally inventive collections, McGarth has established himself as a gifted inheritor of Whitman’s impulse to explore the fullness of the American psyche and landscape. Wit and irony shaped his work, but so, too, does the sublime. Cosponsored by The Poetry Foundation.
