Our good neighbor on Navy Pier is making a lot of noise this morning. Could it be because they have won the 2008 Tony Award for excellence in regional theater? Or maybe it’s because the Haagen Dazs downstairs has new sandwiches. Nah, probably the Tony. Also, Steppenwolf Theater secured 7 nominations for August: Osage County, including best play for Tracy Letts. Eight Forty-Eight’s Steve Edwards talked to Letts about the play back in 2007.
