A Chicago woman said she received a fake ticket for calling dibs on a shoveled parking space. The ticket said it was from the Department of Streets and Sanitation, but a spokeswoman from the department said it does not give tickets for dibs. The woman who received the fake ticket said she think it came from one of her neighbors.
