The clock may roll back across Chicago if a new proposal goes through - the curfew clock, that is.  Ald. Michelle Harris, Ald. Toni Foulkes and Ald. Lona Lane proposed a curfew for kids under 12: home by 8:30 p.m. on weeknights and by 9:00 p.m. on weekends. Eight Forty-Eight went out on Navy Pier and asked those who would be affected by the curfew for their thoughts.
