President-elect Donald Trump is promising to repeal the Affordable Care Act, but Cook County officials are urging residents to enroll before the month is up.

More than 276,000 Cook County residents have enrolled for health insurance under the ACA over the past two months. The deadline to enroll for 2017 is at the end of January.
