The Cultural Performance Workshop is a children’s friendly workshop. In a fun and interactive environment, children will touch and hear traditional Chinese instruments, try classical Indian dance moves and learn their meaning, sing Filipino holiday songs, and join Native American drumming. After the workshop, guests will have the opportunity to view the World’s Winter: Celebrations in Chicagoland exhibit with 10 unique installations featuring celebrations from around the world and maintained here in Chicagoland by families and whole communities. The Cultural Performance Workshop is sponsored by Chicago Cultural Alliance Core

Members: American Indian Center, Chinese American Museum of Chicago, Indo-American Heritage Museum, and Filipino American Historical Society of Chicago.
