Chicago Mayor Richard Daley says there are at least a dozen stadium plans being considered for an Olympic bid.

The plans include adding seats to Soldier Field, building a temporary stadium, or using Notre Dame’s facilities in South Bend, Indiana.

Daley says nothing is being ruled out yet.

“Someone has to evaluate these,” he says. “Professional people have to evaluate it. You have to look at it. What does it mean to the city in the longrun? So you have to really evaluate. There’s a lot of ideas coming in.”

Daley says an exploratory committee will be announced soon to lay out the best options for hosting the Olympics.
