Help us make Chicago a better place by joining us as a volunteer for our second annual Day of Service in late May.We’ve again teamed up with Chicago Cares and have gathered up 22 projects to improve Chicago one set of hands at a time. From gardening with Slow Food Chicago to creating an outdoor mural with the Esperanza Community Services, we’re looking for over 300 volunteers and we’re hoping that you (and a friend or two) will be one of them!We wouldn’t be Chicago’s home for pledge drives without offering some sort of freebee here: volunteer with us and you’ll get a free Day of Service t-shirt and free admission to a special Moth show celebrating the end of this project.

Of the 22 projects you can choose from, half are in Chicago and the other half are in the suburbs. Some projects take place on Friday, May 30; and the rest on Saturday, May 31.Click here to peruse our projects in Chicago.
