Watch out Willis Tower—there may be a new contender for Chicago’s tallest building. British developer Bill Davies has revealed plans to build a 2,00-foot skyscraper at the site of Chicago’s old post office. The complex overlooking the Eisenhower Expressway has its own architectural chops, including a Beaux Arts-inspired lobby. But the new development isn’t a done deal yet.
