Did you have trouble voting in Chicago?

Did you experience any voting irregularities at the polls? If so, we want to know. We’re gathering reports from Chicago voters who experienced anything out of the ordinary—from receiving two ballots, to jamming machines, to not getting both pages of the ballot—on Election Day. Help us document what went wrong, so we can help make it right next time. Here’s what you can do:
  • Find your polling station on the map below.
  • Find your precinct by clicking on the dot where you voted.
  • Find and copy your 5-digit FULL WARD_PRECINCT number. There can be multiple duplicate precincts across different wards, i.e. a 5th precinct in both the 10th and 12th Ward. (See figure on right.)
  • Fill out the form under the map.
