Dreaming of a wet Christmas? Pilsen gets blanketed with water instead of snow

Oh, folks in Pilsen awoke this morning to a white wet Christmas. That's not snow, kids. That's water. A water main broke and flooded streets in the near Southwest neighborhood this morning.
