Dreams and Nightmares is a memorial to Iraqis who have lost their lives in the war and occupation.  It conveys the unseen side of the war in Iraq - the tragedy being experienced by everyday Iraqis.  This opening reception highlights the testimony of an Iraqi and an Iraqi-American who have been in Iraq collecting stories of the civilian population.
