FBI director James Comey came to Chicago to announce the addition of a new name to the bureau’s 10 most wanted list, an alleged member of the Latin Kings in Chicago.
But he also talked about violence more generally.
Asked whether the rise in shootings this year in Chicago is a statistical blip, Comey said he wouldn’t use that term.
