Filmspotting #400: Live at Lincoln Hall

Hosts Adam Kempenaar and Josh Larsen welcome special guests Dana Stevens from Slate and Michael Phillips from the Chicago Tribune.

They’ll review Ridley Scott’s return to the Alien franchise, Prometheus, which stars Charlize Theron, Noomi Rapace and Adam’s man-crush, Michael Fassbender.

Plus, they’ll discuss Wes Anderson’s new film, Moonrise Kingdom, and Adam, Josh, Michael and Dana run down their lists of the “Top 5 Lessons the Movies Taught Us.”

All that, plus a live performance by the band The Pear Traps, and a very special “Massacre Theatre.”  This time in “Massacre Theatre,” an audience member will help the Filmspotters act out, and “brutally massacre,” a scene from a film.

All that and more, live at Lincoln Hall on Wednesday, June 6, as Filmspotting hits the big 4-0-0!
