Gary, Indiana native rapper Freddie Gibbs recently got signed to CTE, an Atlanta based label founded by Young Jeezy. Freddie joins Jesse Menendez on Vocalo’s MusicVox to discuss what it means to be on Jeezy’s label, how it will affect his music, and what the next step is in his prolific rap career. He also talks about some of his early experiences growing up on the streets and being involved in gangster activities in Gary that later led him to become a rapper.
