This week we bring you some Brazilian sunshine From the Stage. Back on a cold December night in 2008 the Brazilian collective known as Kassin +2 hit the Old Town School of Folk Music and Radio M was there rolling tape.

Kassin + 2 is part of the The +2’s; a Brazilian band from Rio. They combine  samba with funk, psychedelia, electronica 60’s MPB. The group consists of Morneo Veloso, Domenico Lancelotti and Alexandre Kassin. Each member has released a single album under their name with the suffix “+2” meaning “and two others”.
