Gary Johnson Says Not Naming A World Leader Doesn’t Disqualify Him From Being President

The same day President Barack Obama came to Chicago to cast an early ballot for president, a candidate hoping to replace him visted Obama's former university. 

Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson made his pitch to a student audience at the University of Chicago. The former governor of New Mexico mostly discussed foreign policy. 

Johnson was widely mocked in recent weeks for not knowing what Aleppo was and for being unable to name a world leader he admired. He said that shouldn't disqualify him from seeking the nation's highest office.
