Change is underway at the Cook County Forest Preserve. In December 2010, Arnold Randall was tapped to oversee the county’s 68,000 acres of land. Despite those hefty holdings, the Forest Preserve still has a low profile. Eight Forty-Eight decided to find out what the new Superintendent is doing to bring people back, and met up with Randall in the forest.
