Every Thursday on our Global Activism series, we hear about an individual who’s decided to work to make the world a better place.

Charles Malege was born and raised in Kome Island, Tanzania. But he now lives here in United States. He and his wife Diane, in partnership with Aid Africa’s Children, built a primary school in the village where he grew up. The couple tell us more about the educational situation in Tanzania and the school they helped to build.
