Drew Edwards was planning on majoring in education at the University of Toledo, but decided to defer college for a year in favor of a service mission to Uganda. His experiences there inspired him to change paths, heading toward a new university and a different kind of life as a co-founder of Pangea Educational Development (PED). Now a graduate of DePaul, Drew is the Director of International Relations PED and splits his time between advocacy and fundraising in Chicago and building schools in Uganda.
