Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner says he wants to reduce the number of regulations on businesses in the state. He’s creating a commission to reduce the number of licenses professionals need in Illinois and the fees that go along with them. Rauner says those fes are another way of taxing businesses - and he wants to change the mindset in Illinois that businesses are to be shaken for cash.
