Many take issue with the current spring in Chicago; what with the cool temperatures and wet weather but warmer temperatures are coming. Which means citizens will finally be able to take a stroll and enjoy Chicago’s public art.

John Pitman Weber is the co-founder of Chicago Public Art Group; he recently spoke to Alison Cuddy from his Pilsen studio.
