Hey y’all, 4th of July is right around the corner and that means the annual musical celebration of what many call America’s music: country music. Grab a tall cool glass of lemonade, head for the porch and tune in as Tony Sarabia welcomes singer Kelly Hogan as his guest co-host.

Hogan moved to Chicago in the mid-1990s and fast became a well-known fixture on Chicago’s music scene. Her voice and stage presence have capitvating thosands of music lovers over the years, including Chicago legend Mavis Staples. Hogan recently moved to a rural Wisconsin town but finds her way back here every now and again. Tonight, you’ll hear some of Hogan’s favorite country and western artists, and we’ll also feature country legend Charlie Louvin From the Stage, recorded late last year at Schubas.
