Six years ago, Ford Motor Company was on the brink of economic collapse.  The once-leader of the world’s automotive industry, Ford had been battered and bruised by the recession and a bitter corporate culture within the company.  CEO Alan Mullally is credited for bringing Ford through the worst of the storm, avoiding a bailout and bringing Ford back from failure.
