When roughly 60 foreign dignitaries complete with their own security teams descend on Chicago all at once, what does that mean for life in the city? That’s a question we’ll put to Tom Kasza Thursday afternoon on Afternoon Shift.

Kasza is senior vice president and managing director of Hillard Heintze, the security management company the city has contracted for advice. He’s worked so many international security events, it’s hard for him to keep count. Before joining Hillard Heintze, he was in the United States Secret Service for two over two decades.
