Human costs of proposed UK budget cuts

In London, Liberal Democrat MPs were warned that their constituency offices may be occupied tomorrow, as anger and protests over proposed increases in university fees threaten to spread across England.

Johann Hari, a blogger and columnist for the Independent of London,  tells us about the possible affects the deep cuts could have on British society.
