Illinois Home Health Care Providers Can Now Work Overtime Again, Following Court Ruling

Back in May, the Illinois Department of Human Services put into place a ban on most overtime for workers who provide in home care to the disabled. But an Illinois court has now suspended that ban. 

WBEZ’s Miles Bryan speaks with Gary Arnold of Access Living, an organization that advocates for Chicagoans with disabilities.
