A federal appeals court is allowing an Illinois prisoner’s lawsuit to go forward. Arthur Rasho alleges he was moved out of a mental-health unit for lodging formal complaints about his treatment. A district court previously dismissed Rasho’s case without a trial. This week, the Seventh Circuit said that a trial should go forward. Rasho is scheduled for release in 2019.
