Illinois Republican Party names new Commiteeman

The new Republican National Committeeman for the state of Illinois has been selected.

According to the statement, Porter joins National Committeewoman Demetra DeMonte and Dorgan as the Illinois delegation to the Republican National Committee. DeMonte has been Illinois National Committeewoman since 2008, and serves as Secretary of the Republican National Committee.
