If you look at all the juvenile arrests in Chicago, you’ll find that about a quarter of them take place on the grounds of a Chicago Public School. That works out to almost 5,000 a year. As Linda Paul reports, these arrests can have long-lasting effects. She introduces us to a young mane whose arrest at age 11 came back to trip him up when he was 20.
