In this panel discussion, three artists who represent diverse cultural backgrounds and diverse disability perspectives will engage in a dialogue around issues of race, gender, and community, examining how the issues intersect with disability.  With a rich history of performance experience in theater, dance, writing, poetry and spoken word, the panel will explore the issues through an arts and culture lens.

Panelists include Los Angeles poet, playwright, and performer Lynn Manning, performance artist and Erasing the Distance member Wannapa Pimtong-Eubanks, and Alana Wallace, artistic director of Dance>Detour, a diverse-abilities dance company. Rene David Luna, a Chicago immigrant and employments rights activist with a disability, will moderate the panel.
