The Latin American and Latino Studies Program, The Jane Addams Hull-House Museum & The Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy present results from a *National Science Foundation project and a Chicago Community Trust Collaborative Research Project* on Civic Engagement in Latino communities, as well as a research project published by the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and NALACC - *Latino Immigrants in the Windy City - New Trends in Civic Engagement.* Authors of the research, community leaders and organizers participate, along with the the community at large. Authors attending from UIC LALS include Xochitl Bada, Amalia Pallares and Maria de los Angeles Torres.
