Historian Silvestre Villegas Revueltas discusses the relationship between the United States and Mexico during the years of Mexican Reform and the American Civil War. Revueltas is a historian at the Instituto de Investigaciones Históricas- Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico City.
