Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan says her father’s job as Speaker of the House continues to be a factor in her political future. 

Lisa Madigan’s name is floating around the Illinois delegation in Philadelphia as a possible candidate for Governor. But Madigan says right now her party shouldn’t be focusing on anything but electing Hillary Clinton. 

She hasn’t exactly ruled out running or not - but as she’s said in the past - her father’s role as Illinois House Speaker will continue to be a factor in her decision.
