Author Audrey Niffenegger visits the Chicago History Museum to discuss the inspirations, pitfalls, and ultimate success of her book, The Time Traveler’s Wife.

Presented as part of City of Big Readers: Summer Reads for Adults, Chicago Public Library’s first summer reading program designed especially for adult readers. The program celebrates Chicago from every literary angle – offering a wide variety of books for a wide variety of tastes. Programs, offered through CPL, the Chicago History Museum and other Chicago cultural institutions, offer a fun and interesting way to enhance one’s reading experience and expand knowledge of our city and the people who work, live and write here.
