On Monday’s Afternoon Shift we’ll talk with a few people with distinct visions for improving cities. Robin Hambleton, former head of the Great Cities Institute at UIC, and John Kass, longtime columnist at the Chicago Tribune both have plenty of suggestions for our elected leaders. We’ll also hear from Lee Bey, Randi Belisomo and Frank Sennett.
