The panel discussion includes State Sen. James Meeks (I-Chicago), State Sen. Kimberly Lightford (D-Westchester), State Rep. Roger Eddy (R-Hutsonville), State Rep. David E. Miller (D-Dolton), a representative from the Chicago Urban League, and other key stakeholders and decision makers on the subject of school funding reform. The panel moderator is former State Sen. Dawn Clark Netsch, who campaigned for school finance reform as part of her 1994 bid for Governor of Illinois.
