National Endowment for the Arts Chairman Rocco Landesman visits Chicago as part of his Art Works tour across America. The chairman visited Chicago to learn how the arts work, with a particular focus on the role of the arts in creating and sustaining vibrant urban centers.

The chairman speaks for 20 minutes, followed by Q &A. The presentation is hosted by the MacArthur Foundation, the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs, the Illinois Arts Council, and the Illinois Arts Alliance.
