Neighbors Weigh in on Arrival of "Big Box" Stores

The Chicago City Council just passed a measure that would hike wages at giant retailers like Wal-Mart and Home Depot.

One of those retailers, Target, just opened a store on Chicago's Southwest Side.

Neighbors there have differing opinions about the new "big box" ordinance.

But they say the recent opening of the store is a sign the area has arrived.
