So what does a candidate for President of the United States do on the day in which he could possibly become Leader of the Free World? He plays basketball. Obama’s love of roundball is well known, so it’s hardly surprising that he’d spend some time shooting hoops to relieve some pre-elex stress. And his campaign reports that’s exactly what he did. His crew of players includes Chicago Public Schools CEO Arne Duncan, Ariel Capital Management founder John Rogers, Ariel VP Matt McGuire, and Michelle Obama’s brother Craig Robinson, among others. Post-hoops, the candidate and his inner circle are hanging out at the Hyatt Chicago, before heading across the street to Grant Park for election night festivities.
